Design Specialist (Part Time)

This role is accountable for the successful design and execution of visual assets needed for both client projects and internal marketing efforts, including but not limited to inbound marketing offers, paid search ad creative, paid social ad creative, website assets, email campaigns, and sales materials. This position is also responsible for making front-end website updates as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and successfully launch visual content of client campaigns, as needed.
  • Enforce Brightlark brand aesthetics, internally and externally, in accordance with the Style Guide.
  • Research, coordinate and contribute to the production of website content, as required, for increased visitor engagement and SEO ranking purposes, in accordance with our target market, buyer personas, buyers journey, keyword strategy and content strategy.
  • Research, coordinate and contribute to the production of branded promotional materials, as needed, to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Research, coordinate and contribute to the optimization of Brightlark’s website user experience in accordance with UX best practices.
