SEO Specialist

This individual will report to our Director of Services, but will be expected to collaborate with all members of the agency. We are looking for an individual who is highly personable, organized and able to manage multiple client priorities at once. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must. He or she must learn quickly and deliver with precision and professionalism in all areas of work.

The SEO Specialist’s responsibilities will include: 

  • Have a solid well-rounded understanding of authority, content, indexability/crawlability, rankings, and linking
  • Conduct on-site technical SEO audits of client websites
  • Create and maintain actionable strategies to improve organic performance
  • Analyze and translate web analytics data
  • Perform thorough keyword research based on topics and themes
  • Optimize meta and on-page content based on effective and realistic targeting
  • Apply local SEO best practices when called for
  • Identify actionable opportunities to improve site performance
  • Perform impactful competitor analysis
  • Work cross-departmentally to apply SEO best practices across digital marketing tactics, including content, paid search, etc.
  • The SEO Specialist will be expected to keep up on white hat SEO best practices, including research methods, technical best practices and updates to search engine algorithms

You need to have:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Degree in marketing, computer science or other applicable fields
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Advanced experience with Screaming Frog, SEMRush and Ahrefs
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Desired expertise with HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Desired expertise with HubSpot
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Self-motivation, self-awareness, self-discipline, use good judgment, positive energy, and a willingness to help others

Inbound Account Manager

You will report to our Director of Services but will be expected to collaborate with all members of the agency. We are looking for an individual who is highly personable, organized and able to manage multiple partners’ priorities at once. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must. This person must learn quickly and deliver with precision and professionalism in all areas of work. 

The Inbound Account Manager’s responsibilities will include: 

  • Develop lasting relationships with partners and ensure account success
  • Create, strategize, and manage digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of partners
  • Identify and promote partner goals, objectives, pain points, and success metrics
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and translate campaign data into action-oriented strategies
  • Manage and keep track of partner projects, deadlines and priorities
  • Look for opportunities to adjust existing strategies and engagements that emphasizes what is most impactful
  • Look for opportunities to grow existing accounts through relevant services

You need to have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
  • 2+ years of marketing agency experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience and current certifications
  • Degree in marketing, journalism, PR or other applicable field
  • Advanced understanding of inbound marketing best practices
  • Advanced understanding of content strategy, SEO, email marketing, paid search, and social ads. Must be comfortable with performance-based KPI metrics, specifically traffic and lead goals
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Strong written and oral communication 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
  • Keep current with inbound marketing strategies, best practices, and resources
  • Self-motivation, self-awareness, self-discipline, use good judgment, positive energy, and a willingness to help others
